What have previously updates resulted in? Letter arriving same-day/ next-day? Any idea what the correlation is between updates and decisions?

Ok, now I am worried. I am still at 12/21 and I got an email form the admissions office asking me to tell them what I've been doing since June 2011 instead of getting an update to 1/3 like so many others here

I think this is a good thing. Does your resume not explain the gap in time?

Well, I graduated in June and then studied for the LSAT full-time. Now I am part of the unemployed horde of social science graduates. To add insult to the injury, even Macy's told me that I don't qualify to work as their sales associate

Yea.. I'd take this as you got this because you are no longer in school, I wouldn't worry. I'm sure you've participated in some activity that you can write about

I applied 12/20 and it still lists me as incomplete. Is that normal?

My application has been marked as complete at every other school I've applied to within a week or so.

well everyone went on the holiday break from 12/25-1/3 so it might be understandable
