the website also supposes $2,067/month living expenses. that is an extreme overestimate.neonx wrote:The web site itself cites: "Estimated costs for one year: $68,074."

For this year I'm looking at just under 60, I'm not sure who told you that, but you can easily get way under it.neonx wrote:From actual students with whom I met last week, total cost of attendance is about $70 k a year.

Remember, you'll need to split the COA over 12 months, not 9, unless you aren't living on your own for the summer. If you want to live alone and you're putting yourself through law school, you're probably going to need to borrow close to the full COA save any scholarship money.fatduck wrote:the website also supposes $2,067/month living expenses. that is an extreme overestimate.neonx wrote:The web site itself cites: "Estimated costs for one year: $68,074."

last year the app (i'm pretty sure) had a spot where you could check whether you wanted communication sent to your current or perm. address. i assume it was there on this year's app too? although who can remember which box got checked so many months ago... hang tough, everyone!

you won't need a car, just flag down emory students on the side of the road and tell them you're a marine corps colonel.aquyenl wrote:i'm wondering the same. i need to book my flight as i'm seriously considering emory. are you renting a car?samilabuena wrote:Just booked my ticket to Atlanta for ASD! No clue. I'm a few points below the LSAT median and maybe .25 above the GPA median. Non-traditional and some other softs, but waitlisted or rejected from every school I've applied to below rank 40. I will never forget that Emory gave me this chance.
