Someone in the held at columbia 2011 thread says s/he was held in March and was reserved today. So it looks like they have gotten to March holds.

edit: Anyone else held in march hear back today?

That was me..Placed on hold early March and placed on RESERVE today, via email. It was a very nice letter, but won't hold my breath.

Berkeley - just finalized the choice today. CLS was hard to turn down but I couldn't justify paying sticker, especially since I'm not interested in New York biglaw at this point. Good luck to you!

Submitted my app. early January and haven't heard a peep since then. I also sent a LOCI in March. Will I ever get a decision from CLS? Any forgottens out there?

so... i've read this entire thread... each time with pins at my fingertips and a God forsken knotch in my throat and stomach... I need help understanding the term Reserve.... also if you're denied acceptance does that come via email as well or is that mailed out? does anyone know... Thanks!

Reserve, for all intents and purposes, is a waitlist. Not sure how dings come, but I don't think we've had a ton of dings so far. Mostly holds and reserves.

Chin up, antonin. I'm ED Deferred as well, and the lot of us are in a separate category than the held kids, the reserved kids, and the "forgotten." I've heard they won't get back to us till late April, but someone on TLS got in...last week or the week before. Anyway, point is, hard to predict how ED Deferred apps will do based on how other applications are going.
