So I gave notice yesterday, told my direct boss (who is going on maternity leave in June) that I would stay on until "mid-July". She heard "Mid June".

we have a huge project that gets done every year in early July. Apparently management was here super late last night working up strategy thinking the two people on the project wouldn't be here in early July.

I thought I was slacking at work before....who knew how bad it could get when facebook was also an option. I ignored my phone for an hour and had 20 notifications.

I have work-senioritis so bad right now. Which wouldn't be bad except I'm still at work for another 4 months so it's probably a little early to stop working. Oops.

My to do list is so backed up that it's a little terrifying. My only motivation at work is the need to continue to pay bills.

Having trouble maintaining relationships in my current locale ever since I got my first acceptance.

Unfortunately I think that these next four months for me aren't going to be all excitement about this new chapter - a lot of it is going to be unhappiness with leaving.
