Now that everything is pretty much over, what are your thoughts on Stanford Law?

Umm, it's the best fucking school in the entire goddamned world. I will be there this fall and am personally just grateful that I get to post in the C/O 2019 thread, where we actually have a real OP in fliptrip. Eat caca and die, Dcc617. Your parents hate you.

I personally can't stand Stanford, its administration, and especially its admissions office. I waited patiently for 4-7 months only to get waitlisted or rejected less than a week before May. Seriously, go home Stanford, you're drunk (unless you accept me off the waitlist, then I will love you)

Decision letter sent means rejection/waitlist, unfortunately, if you didn't get a call beforehand. They send it via snail mail.

I applied ~Jan 31st, (don't remember when I went complete, but I believe it was very soon thereafter) and then went under review Feb 18th.

I think it is a ding or WL if you don't get a phone call. It will be snail mail. You can call SLS to check if you are on the WL!

You can definitely just call SLS and ask. They can tell you whether your WL or not. Sorry about the tough news.

Sorry for being late, but a friend of mine got a similar request from Dean Deal recently. He and I speculated that it is a good sign. How can it not be? At least you know she's reading your file!

I didn't expect to still be standing at this point yet here I am, so I sent off the LOCI just now. Fingers crossed for a minor miracle but even if it just hastens the ding I'd appreciate the clarity.

Hey all. I just [missed] a call from Dean Deal with an acceptance offer. I also got an e-mail with an acceptance notification from Dean Deal at 4pm. Thought it might be helpful for people to know time-line-wise and all.

Would be happy to! I submitted all my materials on Thanksgiving. I actually was too stressed to actually check the online complete thing but I can go look now.

Yup. Uh, 168 on the LSAT - 3.9 GPA at a state school tho, I'm a not-straight white woman (Sorry again, I think there are acronyms for some of these but I don't know them lol)

Congrats to the recent admits! Good Friday indeed! On that note, my phone won't be leaving my sight now.... I always forget about the time difference so I guess it's not too late?

Seeing that acceptance calls were going out yesterday (and being not yet DLS'ed) caused me to lay in bed and wonder about this for an inordinate amount of time last night. JUST DLS ME ALREADY SO I CAN SLEEP
