Congrats! This is the same date they received my app too. I did the video supplement, but now I'm wishing I would have uploaded it to YouTube so I could see if the view counter went up. lolenteringthemaze wrote:GOT THE LETTER!Dated 12/1, live in Michigan, not sure when completed but they received my app on 11/13. I didn't get an interview request.

Same here. Better than a straight ding, but still frustrating. Said we would have a decision by February 27. That seems like FOREVER.shamallama wrote:Ugh. Just got the email saying they are postponing my decision.

Re: Georgetown c/o 2018 Applicants
Happy to join the party (Not really). I was looking through old threads about this. It seems to just be a way of Gtown to see the pool of applicants with December LSAT scores i.e. evaluating us in a way that takes away the advantage of applying early. I'll be pretty pissed if I have to go through another couple of months of waiting just to get put on a waitlist. Hopefully i'll get into one of the other 6-7 schools I would rather go to instead of Gtown before then to ease my anxiety.rebexness wrote:Welcome, new hold friends.

Yeah looking through old threads it seems like we get held until February and then get put on a preferred or regular waitlist, to then wait until June/early July to get a final decision. Re: Georgetown c/o 2018 Applicants
Yea, i do see some posts from the past about individuals being held that eventually get in when they reevaluate the applications. So there's hope for applicants like us but it seems like the majority are put on some sort of waitlist. I'm a splitter so I knew the cycle would be kinda crazy.......ASharon004 wrote:Yeah looking through old threads it seems like we get held until February and then get put on a preferred or regular waitlist, to then wait until June/early July to get a final decision. Has anyone been able to get in to the admitted students website yet? The letter said it was set up but I haven't been able to retrieve a password.

Re: Georgetown c/o 2018 Applicants
I declined the interview a few days ago and just got postponed. I will be withdrawing my application since I am matriculating elsewhere. Good luck to those of you staying on the list. Hope you hear positive news soon!

if you hide things in the spreadsheets, it doesn't just hide them for you, it hides them for everybody, and then it messes up the data. PLEASE DON'T HIDE COLUMNS IN THE SPREADSHEETS
(don't mind me just spamming this everywhere bc it's messing up literally every single spreadsheet right now)
