Yea I saw that a few weeks ago and had the same reaction. But to be fair, the OCI threads for a lot of T30s are pretty similar. WUSTLs OCI thread wasn't exactly encouraging either

Never a good sign when lots of current students say they should've retaken and gone to Duke or UVA... :shock:

Probably a stupid question but where on TLS would I find OCI threads similiar to the Emory's?

In the search box at the bottom of the screen, type in "school x oci 2012" and you'll get the results you're looking for

Application submit and apparently complete. No status checker? :?: How long after receiving the complete email did most people get their decision?

For most it has taken a long, long time. But, this late in the cycle, you might have better luck.

Got an acceptance email from dean rosenzweig at midnight eastern. It was probably one that was sent to many applicants, but it seemed personalized and it was a nice touch. Included scholly info. Will definitely try and make a trip down in the next few weeks if I can.

Does everybody get this same "priority waitlist" email? Just by reading the last few posts this whole "priority waitlist that we offer to a very small, select group of applicants" doesn't seem to be very accurate. Hmm...
