anyone get in after experiencing an extremely long wait period to go under review?

It happens. Can't be a great sign, but I don't think it means they hate you. I'm still at complete, FYI (11/7).

Well, Berkeley rejected me, leaving USC as my only remaining CA option this cycle. Let's go USC! 1st read since 1/23.

well if you got a 167 I think you will get in eventually, maybe off the waitlist.

I should be able to pretty easily...just hated the LSAT (which, has never been true of a test before) and was hoping not to retake. But, looks like that's the plan unless USC accepts me.

I submitted my USC app on February 1st (talk about down to the wire, I know...). Went complete on 2/5 and am now on 1st committee read as of 2/6. Is such a short time between completion and committee read a good thing or a bad thing?
I'm 171 LSAT and 3.57 LSAC GPA, non-URM so I feel like I'm kind of up-in-the-air.

Haha, yep. I guess we can just hope that Complete-->1R > 1R-->2R.
Fun fact: USC claims to not have an online status checker. Probably time to update the FAQ page.

yeah... almost certainly in.
I'm concerned mainly since my GPA is below their median coupled with the fact that I applied so late in the cycle.

Checking out the LSN graph. There are a decent amount of accepts at my stats 163/3.76, but they're all URM (I'm not). I've been complete over two months. Also got rejected from UCLA today. I don't think good things are ahead of me for this school.

Oh my god, you're pretty much my numbers twin, and I went complete early December. Wah I hope they show some love for us semi-kinda-reverse splitters.

The weird thing was that USC sent me an unsolicited fee waiver in November and a pretty cool packet, which is why I decided to apply. I didn't think I'd have a shot, but I figured that its worth it if they went out of the way to send a waiver. Oh well. We shall see.
