That is all.
I've been thinking that we MUST hear something today. Now I'm starting to think Monday.

Same here. If nothing comes today, it's going to be the worst weekend ever.
I will probably just drink through the pain.

I have to spend the weekend trying to choose between my two other options, which is going to be hard with even the faintest hope of Harvard hanging over my head.

Is it customary to include information about a peer school's offer in a LOCI? E.g., I'd also like to let you know that I've been admitted to XYZ university with an XYZ scholarship. And while I'm grateful for their award, your school remains my top choice" or something like that?

No, I think that could hurt you. You'd mention other scholarship offers if you're trying to negotiate with a school with more money after you've been accepted. But if a school hasn't accepted you yet, it's not like they're going to be swayed by other offers from lower-ranking schools - and worse, it might give them the message that you're less likely to come if accepted, since you have a really tempting offer elsewhere.

You and me both, man. Work is super slow today and I'm just constantly looking at GMail.

I hate when TLS gets slow on Friday afternoons. I'm still at work trying to procrastinate damn it. Maybe Harvard could release some decisions around 4 PM EST to mix things up.

It really is the worst. I think it actually hurts my productivity though.

Are we seriously going to have to wait until Monday to get WLed/dinged? What could they possibly know Monday morning that they don't know Friday afternoon?

I don't even know if it'll be Monday. I know someone who called and asked-- apparently Harvard might be making decisions after May 1st.

What could they know on the last day of April that they didn't know at the end of March?

I hope that they have no idea what their yield is going to be in the down year so they're being really conservative and more KB1s are going to come after the deposit deadline.
Also, I hope that many of the currently accepted students realize that law school is a losing game and decide to withdraw from Harvard to start small businesses or get post-bacs for med school. Then we can all charge blindly into the opportunities for 6 figure debt they leave behind.

Usually I'm all for cheering everyone on....but at this point if this happened i would not mind...does that make me a bad person?

so true...unless they are working during the weekend...they should really release decisions today...it just means they aren't done...

Two things:
1) A lot of people accepted to Harvard on LSN have not put the A or W symbol...meaning that they're still making decisions.
2) If LSN is a good guide, a lot more people will be WL in the near future. I assume they're still making decisions about Ding/WL and plan to release it all in a big pile soon.

Yea. I've heard this rumor as well from friends who went to ASW. Not sure about it though...

Don't ask me why (okay, I'm an entitled blowhard), but I'm almost sure there will be more KB1s for held people that haven't heard back.
