Longer I sit here, the stronger feeling I get that a ding email is shortly arriving.

I'm trying this new (new for me, that is) "being positive" thing. So, I'm not going to assume that the lack of response is a negative. It's only been two business days since the update. I'm going to Fordham!

Re: Fordham c/o 2015/16 (2011-2012 Cycle)
just booked my ticket for the March admit day.
for those of you curious about the stipend this is what I was told:
We will reimburse an admitted student up to $250.00 to help cover travel costs for an admitted student event.
a) The request has to be made prior the date of the Admitted Student Event.
b) We will only help cover the cost of a round trip ticket to NYC (Amtrak, Airlines, or Bus) and hotel stay.
c) We will NOT reimburse for travel within NYC (cabs, metro cards, etc).
d) Reimbursement will only occur after the date of the event - and the student must attend to get reimbursed.
e) Students must provide copies of the travel receipts in order to get reimbursed.

called, told me to email, e mailed, sent my file back to the financial aid committee, no increase...i only had 5k a year to start so i dont think i can justify 120k+ for fordham as much as id like toolakers3peat wrote:Id be interested in hearing the answer to this. I got in 2/7 and my last complete date was 1/9. I was complete 11/2, with further complete/under review/whatever dates 12/4 and 1/9 before being admitted last week. I received the packet yesterday (I'm in NYC) but no word on financial aid yet. This thread isn't making me hopeful about it.
I'm definitely among those who would love to attend but couldn't possibly afford sticker.

Is it safe to say that if I only have two completes--1/6 and 2/9 I'm getting a rejection?

No, not at all. A lot of people have been accepted without a change to their complete dates. Just breathe!bmt3000 wrote:Is it safe to say that if I only have two completes--1/6 and 2/9 I'm getting a rejection?

I had NO IDEA Whitney was dating Ray J... escandalo. Looking this up actually distracted me from my pending applications for a whole 45 seconds.dproduct wrote:Overdose and start dating Brandy's brother.cogitoergosum wrote:By "pull a Whitney," do you mean rock the national anthem at the super bowl or... ?dproduct wrote:If they ding me on Valentine's Day I'm going to pull a Whitney.30-Something wrote:From Kathryn's twitter page:
