Was it just waitlist e-mails last night? Anybody get a rejection?

I ask because if no rejections came out yesterday I think we're due for some soon.

Also, as a person who did not get the waitlist e-mail and has lower stats than people who did, I'm pretty sure there is a rejection coming my way. This makes me sad. I love you so much Texas.

Nervous as well. I would do terrible things to get into Texas.

I still think you gonna sneak into Texas GPA floor or not. Your cycle has gone great so far. I think I am hosed if I don't get into UT. I am already waitlisted at Duke and I'm not sure I will get into Vandy. I want to be at one of those three. Would you go to UT over NU?

Yes - I would go to UT over anywhere. Texas is home, I want practice in Texas long term, it would be much cheaper, and much, much easier for my husband's career as well. I coach one of their student organizations on a commuting basis each week (drive in from San Antonio) and it is going to break my heart to have to leave it, because when I was in undergrad that student org. changed my life. Also, I love the school fiercely.

If only I had gone to class freshman year..... (so goes the lament of every splitter)

And I think we have similar numbers from what you said on a previous post. What is going on with all the holds?! Shouldn't we have heard something by now? I mean we missed the waitlist e-mail and I missed the status checker rejection... so maybe that's a good sign?... gosh I just want to know

Just adding my newbie info into the fray here. Just accepted a little bit ago via voicemail. There was also mention of a scholarship! Held from EA 169/3.7, no LOCI after being held, OOS. So more admits are on the way I suppose!
