I think someone just withdrew. Not sure whether it's PT or FT but I hope someone here gets that spot!

I'm still waiting too, for PT or FT. Life has thrown me many curve balls these past few weeks, so thankfully I've been preoccupied (though still hopeful!).
MandM, did you visit the admissions office last week?
Good luck to everyone!!

I know two people who were extended offers off the full time waitlist last month and are not taking the spots -- hopefully they withdraw soon

I have not. I'm still working on it but it seems like it might not be a possibility due to some personal issues. I'm trying to figure out a plan B in the meantime.

Last month? Wow, they're really giving people a large time-frame to make decisions then.nyclaw wrote:I know two people who were extended offers off the full time waitlist last month and are not taking the spots -- hopefully they withdraw soon

'Grats! I got nothing, as well. I won't pretend the debt doesn't terrify me, but with IBR and loan forgiveness, I'll be alright. If you want to go, it can be done.mickeymousewatch wrote:i got off the waitlist on 7/1 for full-time. i'd like to go but their need-base money is apparently depleted. arg

I don't think you're alone at the rate this post is going. We're all down about our chances... I know I'm losing hope too.Lilac529 wrote: I've lost my hope already.

Every time I think I've accepted that it's over, ONE person shows up on LSN and the cycle of hope and frustration starts all over again.MandM wrote:I don't think you're alone at the rate this post is going. Went to a fortune teller yesterday. He said that the earliest date that I could heard a decison from Fordham is August 20th.

so i'm going to call at some point today to officially withdraw; figured i'd drop a line here--i sure hope a fellow TLSer picks up my spot (how could it be any other way really?). here's to the likelihood of another year of this app process, a slow death if ever I knew one [raises glass....]
best of luck!

Has anyone heard anything about new admits in the last week or so? I wonder if the classes have been filled by now...
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
