Hello I have a questions about calculating a law school's yield. I was looking at the 2016 ABA 509 for Chicago and I saw that 906 Offers were made and only 185 matriculated. Does this mean that UChicago only had about a 20% yield rate for that year? Does the "offers" coefficient include offers made to people in the WL? I feel like this would be great news for people on the WL for that year, am I missing something?

Thank you,

These numbers are calculated after the dust has settled and people have paid their deposit right? Including WL - Deposits?

Just had my interview, it was definitely formal, and there wasnt too much back and forth, but it wasn't as bad as I was expecting based on this thread. It was a pretty typical interview to be honest. Kind of dissapointed that they didn't ask me about the election because I could talk about that forever.

Here's to hoping that Columbia's move this afternoon breaks the chilly silence emanating from Hyde Park!

Instructions should be within the interview invite email. 2nd paragraph under "Scheduling the Interview." Hope this helps!

People started finding out at 10:40 AM CST last year two days after their UR4. Decisions could be in the next two hours

do you have to go UR4 for a decision, or can you go UR3 with no interview to WL/reject?

I think UR3 no interview hears today too (or whichever day they release). Also, congrats on UVA Keilz!!!

Did people find out all at once or over a period of time?

Considering 15 people posted within a 5 minute time interval, I'm assuming U of C just clicked a button and sent out all the A/WL/R at once.

Not sure, but they get emails right away, so just check your email throughout the day.
