If my memory is correct, NYU gave me the call sometime around 11am PST. So don't lose hope! It may be coming later today!

Hmm I was under the impression that the status checker would at least update before 12 pm EST on decision days (even if calls came later).

My status checker didn't update until after. Then again, I wasn't checking religiously, but last I recall, it hadn't changed until about a day later.
