Absolutely agree with penalties to settle a match. It is almost entirely luck I feel. Goalies divers left or right and hopes that is the direction the kicker went. Sure you still have to have some skills, and they make a difference, but overwhelmingly luck. Especially in xbox fifa
I want to agree with you guys, but I also really love the "imminent heart attack" feeling I get when I'm watching a shootout.

I've never had that feeling because I'm a Stoke City and USMNT fan. Neither of them are ever in an important enough match to warrant penalties.

It took over two weeks for one of mine (a community college that sent via paper). My university, which sent transcripts online, took only ~3 days. But I'm sure you'll be fine!
