I thought most people who applied ED heard last week..but I still haven't heard anything... this waiting is killing...

I don't think it is, in and of itself. Every year, many strong applicants (including splitters) hear late in the cycle, while others hear earlier. I wouldn't put much thought into the time frame. Michigan's weird like that (as opposed to other schools where X LSAT + Y GPA = earlier admit/deny).
