Ah..if i had a nickel for every time I checked a status checker on Sunday even though I knew nothing would be different...
Well the admissions office told me that they never change the status from complete to a decision and that all decisions are sent over email. Untrue?
Cuse is already in, he was talking about other schools. But yeah, wannabe, nothing will change in your status checker for WUSTL
Yah, that's what she said. That's why I stopped manually checking it and just hope to get the email

. It's still on my school list for the lsstatuscheck app though.

Oh the rolling of the eyes for me constantly checking my email not for the school

I talked to them a few times in the last few weeks and I agree, they were always really nice and informative.

Anyone who was complete get re-updated to complete again on the 22nd? I 'm wondering what that may have been about. Do they say when they are sending a decision?

Extremely. Dean Clifford remembered our phone conversation from months ago and was really excited to meet me and everyone else there. Current students say that a big part of why they chose WUSTL was the people there, and that's definitely what won me over as well.

Telling Clifford that I was withdrawing last year was second only to my graduation as far as emotional roller coasters go...She gave me her cell number when I visited and told me to call if I got lost while I was exploring the city, and I actually ended up having to call her because I got lost

Yeah, Janet Laybold told me if I find an apartment I like and need a "mom check", her and Clifford have been known to drive around to apartments and make sure everything works/you're not getting screwed/etc. Find me another school that will do that for you.

For this cycle, the number of applicants with LSAT scores 160-164 have dropped/projected to drop 19% from last year. Scores from 165-169 are down 16%. This is right in WUSTL's traditional range for matriculating applicants.
Scores from 170-174 are down 24% and 175-180 are down almost 25%.
Hopefully the shrinking pool of kids-they-can-use-to-pad-their-medians will force schools to offer more scholly to get students to enroll

What I'm hoping is that they have some kind of budget from the University that they're allowed to use for scholarships, regardless of class size

Just withdrew - I've really developed a personal attachment to this place so it was pretty hard to do emotionally. But I guess that ultimately provided the kick in the ass I needed to go ahead and do it because I'm really wishing the best for Wash U and its applicants. Good luck to everybody still waiting!

Yup, precisely. As soon as scholarship stuff comes out, I'll make a decision and withdraw all my other apps ASAP, but until then, I wait.
