[edit] And I'm reading that normally 22.5k/year is the maximum scholarship other than the full-tuition. Anyone have any guesses/opinions about whether they might increase that amount given that UVA is totally pulling an Oprah right now ("And you got a sholly, and you get a scholly, and you...")?

Also, would anyone happen to know if Michigan normally sends mailings to your permanent address or current address? My fee waiver package was sent to my family's address (which I put down as my permanent address) on the opposite end of the country instead of my current address. It took about two weeks for it to be forwarded to me and I'm worried that the same thing will happen to my acceptance package.

You should be able to find it on the admitted student website. They sent me a link in an email.

The status checker updates every morning, so I'm guessing they have the system set to dump changes from the day before. This would explain why we get updates a lot on Tuesday and Saturday and never on Monday.

Came in here to say that I finally received the scholarship letter in the mail today. It says pretty much what I expected: I'm now ineligible for need-based grants, it's not Michigan's policy to increase merit offers once they're made, etc.

Accepted today via status checker. Where would I find scholarship info?

Although offers might not show up immediately. I'm not sure how it is with people admitted in December, but those of us admitted earlier had "zero awards found" for weeks until the awards were posted.

Magically showed up one day. I only knew to check because other people in this thread were posting that they received them that day.
