I got off last week and I am going.. I know a few people that got off last week declined the offer though.

I will have a decision made by Monday. Right now it is between WF and a regional school in my state at a cheaper price.

I think those of us who got off the waitlist have to let them know by May 15th, so you will probably hear something after then I am guessing!

Did anyone else get a scholarship offer for next year, followed by an email that said we could use the offer this year if we preferred? I believe the deadline to commit is in June, but the offer for next year is a non-binding deferral.

I actually had a 160 LSAT, but above 75% GPA. I had pretty good extracurriculars/legal experience but I was still surprised they offered me admission with the LSAT score I had.

Going to put down the deposit, but I'm in at IUB w/$ and ASU (waiting on scholly offer) and W/L at UNC and W&M. Actually hoping for UNC simply because I was born in Raleigh and spent a lot of time back in Chapel Hill for lacrosse during the summers growing up, but otherwise I'm leaning Wake pending visits to each.

JimmyJam, I am in state, and since I had originally planned to remain in NC for my career, I only had applied to NC schools. I was waitlisted at UNC, so my plan had been to go to Campbell until I got off the waitlist at Wake.

I am in state too. Charlotte to be exact. I got into several out of state and several in state. I got rejected at Carolina. The reason I asked was that the last time I spoke with someone at Wake they mentioned that they had to get so many instate people but apparently not me yet. I am trying to stay in state even if I have to wait til next year. I am retaking in June.

Um, why would a private school have to take in-state people?

Scholarship stipulations was what I was told. Old rich people from NC leave money to go to schollys and have conditions on where or who it can go to.
