So I went complete on 9/26, and again on 11/21. I've heard people getting updates 3 times... Have the people that were accepted updated at least three times, or does this matter?

I only went complete 2 times.. Nov 1st and Nov 8th... still @ the 8th

I am an exact (as rare as that might be) numbers twin + URM and still stuck on complete 10/26. I find this interesting...

Yes I think that is quite rare actually. I wouldn't read into it too much though. If there is any reason for the order in which they review applications, it would probably be impossible for us to decipher. Besides, with those numbers and URM status, aren't you getting into some better schools anyway?

So today was weird. There was a kid wearing a Cornell sweatshirt in class (not that odd except I don't live in the US and I've never seen Cornell merchandise in the year and a half I've been abroad.) He had no idea what Cornell was. Got home... and I'm in at Cornell!
