Appears so. Though that won't stop me from visiting the status checker every 40 seconds or so.

Let's hope...? I take it as somewhat encouraging that we havent heard today - how hard is it to mass WL/ding by email, right? Calling takes more time.....

:) trying to stay positive. I wonder what percentage of decisions will come out this wk? Anyone have any knowledge of this based on last year?

This year did not work like last year, they called late and only called in short windows. So maybe they are working through the files differently. Let's hope that many of you will get the call tomorrow. Don't give up yet. Last year they went through all the admits, then did all the reject/WL. Looks like they are working on smaller batches maybe. Keep up the hope! I am rooting for you guys.

Thanks, philly. Question: Did there seem to be a larger number of calls on the first day last year? (holding onto a shred of hope for tomorrow)

Because your file is being held for further review, your application will no longer be considered binding under the Early Decision agreement." Since I applied in September under regular decison, and verified through LSAC that my application didn't include the agreement and all the boxes were checked correctly I was a little concerned that they had got me mixed up. Did anyone else experience this or notice this in their emails? I'm okay with being waitlisted, as Penn is a bit of a reach for me but I want to make sure they got all my materials. I emailed them to clear it up, but I was curious if anyone else saw the same thing. Thanks for any insight, big congrats to all of those who got in and good luck to everyone else with all your apps!
Oops, weird.

My call was from the same number as the one listed on their JD Admissions website. It was not blocked.

I feel like there were more calls on TLS last year. I don't know for sure but it doesn't quite seem like they are done.

I'm starting to freak out about the fact I'm not UCR yet. Submitted 11/1, complete 11/8. My numbers are good for Penn - good, but not too good such that I'd get YP'd.

Any insight?

Ha with your perfect cycle so far I would hardly be freaking out. Why don't you re-read your acceptance letters? That'll keep your mind off it.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much Hemm, definitely seems like YP to me. You're a lock at CCN anyways.

Assuming one does get off the WL, how soon can this happen? And, does getting in off the WL mean you're screwed for $$?

Yeah, i'm pretty sure you're screwed for merit based money at least. Still probably have some shot at need-based, but with getting in late there might not be much left.
