Not to sound like buzzkillington here...but.. I met an alumni from my fraternity who told me he was a pharmaceutical rep for certain meds and that after beerpong became a hit his business for orally-transmitted illnesses skyrocketed. It kind of stayed with me, and I really don't play, lol.Tonio wrote:So do yall play beer pong? don't tell me uve outgrown it

We always had like a 25 pack of cups, but expand that over a few hours, with 100 people...and yeah.. Plus I was president, so I was supposed to be "responsible".Tonio wrote:ewwwww lol. The remainder of my undergraduate education is now ruined. I can't enjoy a party anymore.txadv11 wrote:We always had like a 25 pack of cups, but expand that over a few hours, with 100 people...and yeah.. Plus, I'm more of a chill, liquor guy. I'd rather have a nice glass of Glenlivet or Maker's Mark over a bunch of screaming college kids chugging keystones. Maybe it was four years in a frat, I don't know, lol.Tonio wrote:Ya never in my life. if we played large scale it was at a bar and we used fresh cups every time. I forgot you were from LSU, man I love Louisiana. I used to take monthly or so trips up to Bossier City and Shreveport. Sam's town and free buffet for the win.

haha. Yeah Tulane would be good. I'm not sure about Loyola over STCL. But then again its really personal preference and region at that point.Tonio wrote:Louisiana is the shizz man, and if i didnt spend so much time collecting oral diseases id be going to tulane or LSU, now my options are pay far far out the ass at Loyola or South Texas (then mercer and that other nonsense no thank you)

Casinos FTW. When I was in the Marine Corps, I was a weatherman and the school is in Biloxi, MS, and I killed quite a few weekends at the Beau Rivage and others in that town.txadv11 wrote:I forgot you were from LSU, man I love Louisiana. Wow, military. I came into the cycle thinking I was Mr. Bigshot because of my softs, then I woke up and realized that wasn't true. After a few rejections I experienced that doesn't matter over LSAT GPA, lol.
Anyways.
Today's schedule: Check email for STCL, go to status checker and check there, refresh TLS posts for updates, check LSN for any updates, check the news online, play COD for a few minutes until I realize it's old. rinse and repeat.

COD gets old really fast, the only way i ever play those games is me and a friend make the worst possible class we can like scorpion with an acog or somethign then we see who can do better with it. Or we say we wont use anything but crossbow all round, thats fun. (and wager matches are fun too)

Admissions told me yesterday that they were trying to get scholarships done by today or tomorrow. She was able to tell me that I was getting a scholarship but would have to wait until the email for specifics.
P.S. - I know it's fun to be lighthearted on the forums but the more crap that gets posted, the more difficult it is to find the important answers to questions.

As for the beer pong discussion, the ball gets dropped on the dirty floor and held a lot - which is just as gross as used cups!
I love the Beau Rivage, but my fave casino in Biloxi is the Isle of Capri.

That's the one I always went to, I was there right after Katrina (spring 06), so the Beau Rivage was only open a little, but I couldn't remember the name of the Isle of Capri.TexasGE wrote:As for the beer pong discussion, the ball gets dropped on the dirty floor and held a lot - which is just as gross as used cups!
