Hey everyone!! Just sent my application in, not sure why I waited so long on Vanderbilt, aside from a feeling I wouldn't get in....

The status checker says decisions take up to 7 business days. So wait until then, and then call the admissions office if you still dont hear. It could have legitamely gotten lost.

FINALLY found out my decision - the office of the apartment complex next to mine was hoarding my FedEx box. And FedEx never left a note or anything! Regardless, I'm extremely excited, especially to have an option for law school <30 minutes away from my family!

This! Hahah! I don't know what I would do. I'd probably be so happy at getting in that nothing would matter at that point... but still.

So has anyone been rejected yet? Is there any reason to believe that being complete since 11/17 with no word is anything but a ding? Someone give me hope.

Going back in the thread it looks like there were some rejections earlier this month. I'm starting to lose hope too though (complete 11/15).

I hope we're wrong...

11/23 complete here. I've been resigned to a ding/WL for awhile now. I kind of just wish they'd tell me now.

Right now I'm leaning towards staying at my job and going part time at gulc, but I could be swayed by money at any one of Vandy, ucla, NU, or Mich. I just don't want to go $200,000 in debt.

I guess I know what to expect now. I doubt my 169/3.69 will get me any further than a WL at this point. Plus, after checking your LSN page, it looks like your softs were much better than mine. My PS is average and my softs are basically non-existent.
