How long after the admit email does the scholly one come if it does? I don't have much hope for money with my GPA, so I don't want to get too excited about it until I hear. No way I can attend full-price

I emailed them directly. You can do the same. It's supposed to be mailed 2 weeks after acceptance. Since you are in China, it seems like a REALLY long time to wait for a letter lol.

I just got waitlisted today. No email, I just casually looked at my status checker while I was at work and there it was. I'm kind of surprised, because I got into GW yesterday, but maybe they're yield protecting or something? My low gpa also may have offended them. Trying to decide about a LOCI. Do waitlisted people ever get scholarships after they're admitted?

Ok, dumb question time. I'm trying to fill out the Fordham Application for Financial Aid as directed by the finaid website. It says it's on the admitted students page, but I can't find it for the life of me... help? Thx!

To those who have gotten accepted, do you think you'll pay full sticker for it?
I have a decent shot at getting admitted (3.7, 166), but doubtful I'll get any real scholly $. I'd love to go to Fordham and live in NY, but the cost is something I'm seriously grappling with.

Wut? You have to fill out an independent financial aid app for Fordham? I'm poor, I'll do it, lol.Eugenie Danglars wrote:Ok, dumb question time. However, I can't find the darned thing anywhere...Fordham Financial Aid Website wrote:Fordham's Need-Based Grants and Scholarships: Incoming and Transfer students are eligible to apply for Fordham Law’s need-based grants and scholarships. Fordham grants and scholarships range between $2,000 and $20,000 annually. To be considered for a need-based grant or scholarship, students must complete Fordham’s Financial Aid Application on the password-protected admitted students website. Transfer students will not have access to this website and may obtain the Fordham Law Financial Aid Application by e-mailing the Financial Aid Office at financialaid@law.fordham.edu. Students are advised to complete Fordham's Financial Aid Application soon after acceptance to the Law School.

I see what you mean, Eugenie.
They also have "named scholarships" but no info on how to apply for them.
Perhaps you can include that in your email when you send it?
I think they just aren't finished with the admit site... I hope.

+1 ... I'm also having trouble justifying $210k debt from a school not even in the top 30, even though I would LOVE to go there. I'm not going to get any $ with a 164 though (if I even get in....
