Nobody feels good about UVA except in-state, ED, above median, URMs.

As has been pointed out to me by many intrepid TLS'ers, just b/c someone has inferior #'s and gets accepted with or without $ before you does not speak to your own creds. Perhaps those inferior #'s were accompanied with much stronger softs... it's hard to say.

I totally understand your frustration. I was WL'd at Washington and Lee with far superior numbers (but nowhere near high enough to reach YP status) than people who were accepted, and I didn't apply that late either. Sometimes, a school just wants to take their time with given apps. Think about R6_Philly. He has acceptances to a half-dozen T14 schools and UCLA still hasn't even told him yes or no! Since SEPTEMBER! Just relax boss, you'll be fine

Yeah I know, I don't mean to sound like I'm entitled to anything (I surely am not haha

) , just echoing the frustrations of many.

Philly's the man, he's been super helpful haha

So funny story...I wake up from my afternoon nap thinking I had this crazy dream where I answered the phone in the middle of my nap to find Dean Schwartz calling to tell me I was in at UCLA. I was laughing about how I dreamed I rambled at a million miles an hour about LA and how excited I was and just generally made a bit of an idiot of myself. Then my boyfriend laughs at me and says no, that really happened.

Called a couple hours ago. GPA at median, LSAT at 75th. No merit aid offered in the call. Congrats everyone, and good luck to those still waiting!
