I'm guessing you are waitlisted. The second deposit is due sometime this month.Sofiya345 wrote:Hey, so quick question for every1. I am complete since 2/22 and still no word from Fordham !!! Anybody in the same situation ?

Take what I say with a grain of salt because I don't go to Fordham. But my brother does and they are very very slow with letting people know what their status is if you don't call them up and ask. At this point, you have nothing to lose.Sofiya345 wrote:Do you think that I should get some sort of answer after the second deposit is due ? Thanks. I actually did and still do call more in an OCD manner than anything else but the lady there says that I am still under review and that's it. I tried contacting the Dean and that's all he says too. Idk what to make of it. Is it a bad sign ? An okay sign ? A good sign ? Idk.Columbia Law wrote:Take what I say with a grain of salt because I don't go to Fordham. Hard to say, but I went complete in January and didn't hear a word until April 30th, upon which I was notified of my acceptance. And, for all you guys on the waitlist, best of luck, I just withdrew...yes, it was painful.

You're welcome. I decided on Washington and Lee for several reasons, money being chief among them.Citizen Snipz wrote:thank you sir..Johannes de Silentio wrote:Hard to say, but I went complete in January and didn't hear a word until April 30th, upon which I was notified of my acceptance. I'm surprised there has been no activity lately. I would have thought we would see SOMETHING this week. Fingers still crossed.

That must be it, I'm sure they're just sitting on them waiting for one big acceptance day extravaganza!! Or that's how I see it in my mind, Dean Brown picking up the phone, telling people their in off of the waitlist, listening to them go a little hysterical with happiness and then leaving for the day with a sense of having done right. He walks outside, the son is shining, the birds are singing and he dons a pair of black wayfarers and gives a big pearly white smile as he walks whistling down the street...
Ok so I'm a little bored and

Ah yea. For some reason when I first saw it I thought it was FT (prob. because they compared it to Rutgers FT). But yea, they do move seperately, but hey, at least we know there's some movement.finalaspects wrote:but that's PT movement. I think they have separate limits for FT and PT.

tee hee hee - having met him? I love this image (*waves at Dean Brown, in case he's lurking*) I really DO believe that they're now looking at the WL people, trying to figure out the rest of the classes.Cardboardbox wrote: That must be it, I'm sure they're just sitting on them waiting for one big acceptance day extravaganza!! One of my best friends pranked me yesterdayhe called from work, it was a 212 number so I was like "could it be?!" and the voice sounded really funny because he did this ridiculous voice, he told me I got into Fordham, I got that super excited "OMG" feeling and then I heard him chuckling
alas, let's hope this was all foreshadowing to the real thing
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
