I interpreted this to mean he/she is obsessing over the prospect of getting a JS2. Anyone else?

That would freak me out. We chatted for about 20 minutes and then she gave me a timeline and it was fairly friendly/cordial. I was sweating bullets but I don't think she saw. I just tried to be my bubbly self. One of her questions TOTALLY threw me off though.
