They just have such a shady admissions office team. I don't know if that reflects on the rest of the school, but I am so glad I withdrew from here.

1. Your experience is not representative of how everyone will be/has been treated.
2. Even if they were terrible (which they're not imo), that's not representative of the school as a whole.

I think that stuff was on a test once.

I'm happy that you're happy with your decision, though.

I know that I'm bored because I'm feeding this.

My commencement is gonna be at MSG on the first. Not as cool as yours though, especially since we have so many graduates they're not even calling names :(

Speaking of Pearl Jam, my friend's boss at MTV is a huge fan and is going to see everyone of their shows in the Northeast lol.

Hey, anyone know what a "priority application" means ? I called to see what the status was, just out of my OCD habits, and the lady told me : "Ooh, you area a priority app" (P.S.: Have been complete since 2/22). Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I saw them in Boston on Monday, and the show was epic. I did a northeast following when I was in high school, but I can't afford it now

Can anyone give me an idea how long it took to receive your full financial aid package? I'd love to have the details before the next deposit is due, but don't know if that is realistic.

Will they email it, or does it come via snail mail?

You know what's weird - after reading all of the posts about the slow snail mail, I literally had my accepted students package 4 days after being accepted. Mind you, they could practically have opened a window of the office and THROWN it at my apartment building, but still.... bizarre.
Man, i am getting so excited about this.

Still waiting for all my materials, too.

I think the snail mailing has been schitzophrenic at best. I was admitted in November and received my letter and scholarship stuff within a week. To this day I have not received a "welcome package." But the handbook is online anyway -- maybe they knew I'd prefer to save a tree ;-)

I got the financial aid booklet in the mail about a week or two ago, but nothing personal until last weekend (which just indicated that I needed to fill out another form to request my Stafford Loans).

In all fairness, it's not a ton of stuff. You get a spiral bound intro guidebook and then a few days later you get the financial aid guidebook with the directions on how to fully immerse yourself in debt for the next few years.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
