ED rejections/deferrals go out.

They promise that we'll have decisions by the end of the month and their twitter says they'll be back in the office tomorrow. We're both just assuming that they'll put us out of our misery tomorrow.

hopeful: Yeah, no change. But I was under the impression the rest of the decisions would be released today.
Chicago: They haven't released anything yet.
hopeful: Will they be doing so today? Or later in the week?
Chicago: If they do it today, it probably won't be until later this afternoon.

I'm guessing it will be an automated email that goes out after the office closes so rejected applicants don't have the opportunity to flood them with phone calls.

Prolly no chance. I think I need to start looking for an apt near NYU.

maybe you can have mine. its the best deal in the city and since i am clearly not going to get into NYU or CLS i may as well start looking for something new in philly or ann arbor or wherever.

downtown - you could walk to NYU on a nice day. otherwise its like 5-10 min on the subway. however, i will be hanging onto it until the very last day humanly possible hoping that a bunch of midwestern kids find NYC too mean and scary and drop out of their NYC schools during orientation and the adcoms look around and go 'well what about that weird girl who's been moping outside our door for months now? let's take her. she's already here.'

Edit: Obviously, it's no longer binding. Now I have incentive to take the Feb LSAT in hopes of improving my Chicago and HLS chances and hopefully getting $$ out of the lower T14.
