Didn't get an offer at all.. I guess they rightly assumed I intended to use GI Bill anyway..

Based on last year's thread, it looks like at least one more wave of offers went out the week following the initial wave. Hoping to get an offer this week .

low ball offer of $40k. usc is offering $135k. is it worth negotiating now or holding off until they get turned down by some people and have more scholarship money freed up?

Did not submit FAFSA, received merit scholarship from UCLA.

I've gotten three or four non-scholarship-related emails from Dean Schwartz since scholarships started being awarded. I'm almost completely dead inside now.

just asked if they were amenable. they came back asking for offers. you might as well include offers to save time.

It looks like I'm a finalist for the Achievement Fellowship. Does anyone know if the interview is in person or over skype? I can't find an immediate answer, and I think this is the first year they're doing this so there's not any precedent to look to.

Same - selected as a finalist as well. They say "a small number" of students are selected, so I'm wondering what the number is.

Yuuup haha, they let me know that my whole offer at the moment is just the need-based grant (which is admittedly pretty cool so I'm not too bitter).

FWIW, my award email got lost on its way over to me and they ended up having to resend it to me. If you haven't heard anything yet, you might want to reach out to see if something similar has happened.

Withdrew my application and, hopefully, freed up some space for folks who are willing to attend paying sticker .
Was offered nothing v. six-figure scholly at top 10 when I first withdrew. They replied my email of withdrawal saying that they were still willing to "consider me for a scholarship." Tho I insisted my withdrawal anyway, I believe for those who were offered nothing def contact them. They are very open for scholly negotiation.
