Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2018 Applicants
I've decided to apply for the hell of it-yet to be rejected from anywhere
This is my only t14 app but i've already gotten into 2 top 20's.
My numbers are slightly below 25th lsat and above 75th gpa. 2 years of work experience with good softs.
Have a fee waiver so the worst that can happen is that they say no.
It does look like i am sort of screwed for the interview though.
We shall see!

Re: Northwestern Law c/o 2018 Applicants
I sent in everything early January but obviously missed all the Skype sign ups since December. I remember admissions emailing out about releasing some future Skype interviews mid-January. Anyone have suggestions for the best way to keep up to date with sign-ups or the best methods to ensure I get one?
Also, how much are admissions chances lowered without an interview?
Thanks!

Admissions says no more Skype interview slots will be added. A few people have reported a slot or two being added sporadically as people cancel their interviews, but I personally haven't lucked out and gotten one. What I recommend doing is emailing admissions with the suggested "what I would have said in an interview" supplement and asking them to mark your app complete, and checking periodically to see if slots have been added (though I will, of course, fight you for them if they were

You're so invested in this thread, at this point I don't know if I'd be more excited to hear you got in or I did.smccgrey wrote:the poll is making me feel slightly better about my utter lack of date changes.

Also for the poll - does a status change post-interview count?

This poll is making me feel worse about mine. Sitting on (almost) lonely date change island over here.smccgrey wrote:the poll is making me feel slightly better about my utter lack of date changes.

My NU status checker was updated today and now reads "Decision Letter Available within 24 hrs". How mysterious.
Applied early November. In-person interview late November with an alumnus.

DLS - admitted as well. Hadn't had any status changes since my interview in mid-October, btw.
