"I went to lunch with Jim, my boss, and Rick"
How many people did I go to lunch with?
"I went to lunch with my boss Jim and Rick". Can be read more quickly and no need for a comma
To use a favorite counter example: "This book is dedicated to my parents, Ayn Rand and God". Some parents there!

Wait there is actually debate about whether or not to use the Oxford comma?

You never know, but I doubt there will be much action on the Friday before a long weekend.

Also, congrats! When you book an interview please take a look at how many slots they are. Also, are they for next week?

Well if they're still giving interviews it probably means that they're still looking to admit people.

Hi guys, WL'ed lurker here. Do you know if all JS1b recipients receive JS2s? I briefly skimmed the spreadsheets from the past few years and didn't see any users with a JS1b who were ultimately rejected.

Could anyone who recently received a JS1b and/or a JS2 PM me? Thanks!

Looks like this wave and the last wave were pretty lsat-weighted. Hopefully that doesn't spell the end for high GPAers like me

As far as interviews go the only slots available were on 5\27
Has there been any difference in post waitlist JS1 questions?

Looks like there will be a pretty sizeable wave by the end of May judging from this information and that JS1bs have been reported recently. Many people in this thread will be in for some good news!

I have to agree - think the new interviews are a good sign. Even in the normal cycle they admit between 70-80% of interviewees.

JS1 as well. Does anyone know the chances of acceptance for post-WL JS1s? Thanks!

Historically? It appears to be very, very low.

Does that include people who express less than full enthusiasm about attending? Just for argument's sake...

So to anyone else who is knowledgeable about WL trends, do you think it is pretty much over for those pre-WL JS1s who haven't gotten a JS1b yet? Be honest.
Also, if any lurkers who had a JS1 in Oct/Nov got a JS1b, please PM me.
