Of course you do. All you would lose is a deposit (heck emory will reimburse you for one. Don't sell yourself short. Without knowing anything about you I would say you are definitely in with those numbers and I wouldn't worry about being rejected.

I'm a year out of process, but from what I remember the ABA does not allow binding scholarship agreements to be enforced.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I have a feeling most if not all acceptances and waitlists will be sent tonight. Those of you who haven't received any correspondence are probably looking at a generic rejection email tomorrow.....

ha. say, is there such a thing as a non "generic rejection email"? What would that look like? "Here are the enumerated reasons you're not welcome in this year's class."

Waitlist e-mail around 6 PM today, 161/3.6. Retaking in June in hopes of getting off some waitlists or maybe get some scholarship $$. Even if I were to get in, sticker price is downright scary. :/

The dean specifically said to expect some scholarships to students off of the waitlist. Kill the June test, and you'll probably get some money. Good luck!

Looked in my inbox and saw a decision email from Emory. I was sooo excited that the wait was finally over...but I was waitlisted. The wait begins all over again.

If your undergrad has a pre-law office (and it isn't the school in question) I would suggest talking to them. My undergrad sorted some stuff out with LSAC for me even though I had graduated a couple years before.

I would actually love that. I'd feel better knowing why I wasn't loved.
