Right yeah, I don't think it will be today. But, I mean, look at the times in that thread, granted I was just saying 2 hours later which is just about passed anyways, but is there a chance you don't have the forum set to the right time (I didn't for a while and was an hour off).

I thought W&M didn't employ graduates? Or at least it didn't for the 2011 class. Now for the 2012 class there is a huge increase in full time, long term, bar required jobs (55% up to 74%), but it looks like 41 of those are funded by the university? That drops the number to 53%...

Why does W&M have such terrible numbers? Richmond has better employment numbers!

He incorrectly linked the wrong report
http://law.wm.edu/careerservices/employ ... /index.php
US News 2014 Report says that 21% of graduates are employed at university funded positions after graduation.

Thanks for pointing that out (by the way Richmond does NOT have better numbers).

Not by much, but I think they're at 59%. However W&M has a much larger regional pull whereas Richmond is very local.

Opinion of national reach for Wake as compared to W&M?

Richmond hasn't released their class of 2012 data yet.

True. But I'm using 2011. W&M actually went down in 2012, perhaps Richmond did too.

Not sure, I haven't looked at Wake. W&M doesn't have a huge national pull but regionally it does. ~35% of grads end up in VA, and ~35% end up in the surrounding states.

i would say from all ive learned about wake it might be more of a southeast regional school, not so much of a national school. their admissions staff is very nice and they have a beautiful campus though if these things are important to you. but honestly im not sure how much of a national reach W&M really has either.

You're probably unaware of this, but for the Class of 2012 they change the way schools have to report their employment data. Where as for the class of 2011 they had the option for the old way vs new way. So it's not an increase in school funded jobs as just being accurately reported.

Oh interesting. How does it affect the numbers? What is the change?

Well I mean, like you posted, they didn't have to post any information regarding school funded jobs last year. Where as this year they do. Also other data, like JD required, law firm size etc etc. More emphasis on full time long term legal jobs.

Right, I was just shocked at the Richmond comment. Based on the USNWR data they aren't even close.
