Got an acceptance call at 330 est today. Im ED and my numbers are 3.01/172. My last ucr was 11/21 and i had a phone interview with the Dean last friday...figured i'd give all the info i could. Congrats to the other acceptances.

Same UCR date, no UCR2.

man penn isn't quite my first choice but you're making me give a lot of thought to signing up for the second round of EDs. i have very similar numbers...

honestly i think i'd be pretty happy in philly and with penn. i just think i'd be happier in chicago. i think i have till jan 7th or so to sign up for ed with penn so i guess have some time to think about it.

I just feel like i'd bedisappointed if i got locked into penn and then got into NU and couldn't go. Could probably get over that pretty quickly though.

Well sunny predicts you'll be into NU by the 6th, and he knows his stuff. And even if he's wrong, that leaves multiple hours to hit the submit button on Penn's app.

And yeah, that's why I didn't ED anywhere, to avoid the retroactive FOMO. From what little I know of you, though, I think you'd do just fine in Philly.

i definitely do like philly. itd at least be better fit than DC or Boston (where i live right now).

does this mean that you're going with Penn in all likelihood then?

I was in first wave of acceptances (applied mid-September), LSAT/GPA over both 75ths.

TBH I get so many emails from Penn (alma mater) that I tend to gloss over them when I see one in my inbox. I'll double check and see.

Congrats on the scholarship invites! I didn't think those happened until Jan or Feb. I was hoping I'd get a Toll invite. I'm hoping those will just go out much later since they give out so few.
