There wasn't anything in there that isn't on the website really. A book listing all the faculty, which is kind of nice but not as useful as the web. Some booklet filled with marketing fluff. The one thing that was actually kind of neat was a little map that folds up nicely into a wallet-sized card. I'd just ask for one if you want one, I'm sure their marketing people have piles of them.

My admissions envelope contained that map. Perhaps they stopped sending the pizza boxes after the first few waves of admits.

I don't really care at this point, but it does still amuse me.

As long as I'm not left hanging on finaid for that long, NYU...

I'm getting into JFK around 940 on Thursday if anybody wants to split a cab or shuttle around that time. Otherwise I'll just do the airtrain/subway again.

Not leaving till Sunday night so can't really do ride sharing on the way out.

I filled out my need access and FAFSA weeks ago and it stills says I haven't started my financial aid application. Normal?

I was admitted on 3/22 and my FAAPS was "In final stages of review" on 3/23, maybe you should check to see that they have received it.

has anybody received info from nyu about the asw? from columbia i got a schedule, mock class assigument, etc; from nyu nothing! i really want the schedule so i an figure out how to piece these two asws together..
