Hey maybe I am missing something obvious here, but has everyone heard how much money they are getting for the leadership scholarship? My application status said that I was awarded one yet I haven't been e-mailed or notified any details of its monetary worth. Any nuggets of advice? Anyone coming to the March 17th-18th ASW??

That's odd. Mine was in the third paragraph of the email in which I was told I had received the scholarship:

...
Your total Moritz Leadership Scholarship award is $12000.00 a year, for each of your three years of law school...

Maybe yours is full tuition? Double check the wording and let us know (if you're comfortable).

ETA: Sorry; saw you noticed it in your status (reading on my phone, must have skipped a line). Can't help you there. Congrats, though! So far people have gotten $8.5k/year or $12k/year for leadership, I think.

I really appreciate the insight and congratulations. You know what... I didn't receive my Moritz admittance in email long after my status already confirmed it, and now I have yet to get the scholarship email that you mentioned. There is some kind of communication breakdown. I'll have to get this cleared up at ASW. Thrilled to hear these scholarships are going for 8.5K+ though....

**** by the way, is there any way you can access an OSU account to maybe view the amount of money your scholarship was. I'm thinking that there has to be somewhere, besides e-mail, that might show the monetary award. Thanks for your help.

I just checked my buckeyelink account and my scholarship does not show up there. If it were me, I would call on Monday and ask about it.

Does anyone here know if Ohio State waitlists a lot of individuals and what the chances of getting off the waitlist? Sorry, I know this seems kinda random to ask but I haven't seen a lot of waitlists for Ohio State online.

So when is OSU's decision date? Do you have to accept your admittance by April 15? April 1st? Anyone know?

Just got an email this morning...Accepted!!! 8+ long weeks of waiting was worth it. Hopefully a little bit of money is coming my way. Hope some other posters on this board get some good news today/ this week

May 1st, or three weeks after you get your acceptance if it is past April 11th or so (I'd have to double check that date). Scholarship acceptance is due April 1 or seven days if you get it past March 24th. Good luck to all those who are still waiting.

Congrats! Good news for me too this morning........The final wait was 9.5 weeks for me from when I went complete.

After 6 months of waiting...I'm in!

I had pretty much written them off so this morning I spent a few hours and figured everything out about housing arrangements for Wake Forest. Needless to say, I felt like everything was finally settled. My wife was surprised to hear that I got in because my first words were "Oh, crap!". Well, back to the drawing board.

Jeez. I thought I had it bad with 3.5 months and counting. Guess I'd better settle in for the long haul. Congrats!

Glad to see a lot of people are getting good news this week (including myself). Anyone know when they start awarding the second round of scholarship money. I'm not expecting much but something would be nice.

I am still waiting to hear from UNC and their forum is just filled with talk about the basketball team. Anybody else here have any love for Buckeyes Basketball? Diebler, Lighty, Sullinger, Buford...What's not to like?

I was one of the lucky ones who was deferred until March 15th. Well, there is still no decision from them. I'm not optimistic.
