For fb group trackers- 184 members, 33 invited
Last year, they extended 269 new offers so it seems like there's at least 50 more offers to go.

Is it unusual how many early appliers have heard nothing back still? I applied when applications opened and all I want now is to get that rejection or WL so I can move on with my life. At what point is it okay to email admissions and ask them what is going on?

I'm in about the same boat. I did some digging into past threads, and it looks like we're most likely to hear on either April 1ish or April 15ish.linguafranca90 wrote:Is it unusual how many early appliers have heard nothing back still? I'm guessing we got 10s or 11s on faculty review and they're reviewing that entire group at once to fill out the rest of the class.
Don't worry-you're not alone in your pain of uncertainty.

I'm taking a more cynical view of it. I'm guessing they know they don't really want me, but they are hesitant to pitch my LSAT just yet in case they miscalculated.mdnyc wrote:I'm in about the same boat. I agree, a bit bizarre. But then I got it. And that warm, snuggly feeling you get when putting it on? Absolutely translated to warm, snuggly feelings about Yale.frasier wrote:Kinda weird, IMO.pterodactyls wrote:The number one law school does what it wantsfrasier wrote:Yale sent out snuggies to admitted students??

Normally, I'd encourage you to take a more positive spin on things, Hilde, but last time you were down on your chances you got a JS2 minutes later. So cynically think away!Hildegard15 wrote:I'm taking a more cynical view of it. Haha I'm never gonna live that down. It's like HLS timed it just so they could undermine me in the most obvious way possible.mdnyc wrote:Normally, I'd encourage you to take a more positive spin on things, Hilde, but last time you were down on your chances you got a JS2 minutes later. though Yale, I would put up with the humiliation again if you wanted to look favorably on me....

But seriously, the anti-Harvard trolling has gotten a bit out of control, lets tone it down...

Can you run me through what the numbers mean again in terms of admissions? I know the highest is 12, but how much do you need for admission and what do 10s and 11s mean?mdnyc wrote:I'm in about the same boat.
