Congrats!

Not that it has anything to do with me, but when does the scholarship information usually come out?

I got mine ~10 days after being accepted last year. I think it's done on a rolling basis.

When in the cycle was that, though? I don't think they're doing it this early.
Expect $$$ offers by late dec at the earliest. They need to have a substantial number of acceptances then they evaluate that pool and hand out scholly's accordingly

Right? It was a really lazy check, I absolutely did not expect them to change anything on a Sunday, but it's true. It says "Last Update: December 7th".

In today via Status Checker! I definitely looked on Friday and it just said complete, so I guess someone had to work this weekend. Bummer for them but I'm not complaining!

Stats -
LSAT: > 75%
25% < GPA < 50%
Submitted on 11/11, complete on 11/17, did write a "why michigan"

So it's been only ~3 weeks? I'd say they just haven't seen your application yet, no need to worry.

Congrats everyone!!! Are they done evaluating October applicants? It seems like all the decisions are from November applicants. Haven't gotten a response yet so I wonder if that means they are taking longer to review my app or if I can read into it more and be ready to get Waitlisted.

I just saw other ED applicants who submitted after me and got in so I had the impression they held me. So I thought they may be looking at files based on their LSAT + GPA factor, while ensuring all ED applicants hear back before 15 Dec.

No worries, someone (Warby  ) and me went complete on the same day, but she heard back earlier than I did. Therefore, not hearing back at the same time with those who submitted at the same time or even those who submitted later than you does not mean you are held. Be positive.

Congrats guys!! I'm still trying to hold onto hope. Walking past the law quad 10000x a day to go to classes isn't helping. :|

I've been accepted to the Summer Start program. Does anyone know how easy it is to defer to a regular fall start? I'm going to educate myself further on the Summer Start bit but I just want to know if I'm locked into that start if I go to Michigan or if it's personal preference.

Very difficult to switch, contact MI ASAP if you want to change.

Thanks for the info, I'm realizing this now... I don't know why I didn't indicate to them that although I'm perfectly willing to start either term, I'd much prefer a Fall start. I hope this doesn't end up being grounds for rescinding an acceptance.

Did anyone else get their acceptance packet and have additional postage due? Had to pay an extra 83¢ for it, not a big deal at all, but really odd.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
