I called them today, they said the seats are all technically full..........
They said they're might be some openings between now and the start of classes
It doesn't look too good for wait-listers

Not sure if it will help establish a timeline for those of you sticking it out on the waitlist, but I got an e-mail today asking me to confirm my attendance this fall (even though I have put in both deposits). It said to respond no later than July 16th. I would think that they will start pulling from the waitlist immediately after this date, but probably not before.

We hope that you are enjoying your summer and are excited about starting at Cardozo in August.

With Orientation only weeks away, it is becoming increasingly important for us to now reconfirm precisely who will be enrolling in Cardozo's 2012 entering class. Please take a moment to respond to this email with one of the responses below no later than Monday, July 16.

Response:

A. I will definitely enroll at Cardozo this August. I am not holding a place on any other school's wait list, and am certain that I will attend Cardozo.

B. It is very likely that I will enroll at Cardozo this August. However, I am currently on the wait list at _______________ Law School(s), and, if admitted, I may choose to withdraw from Cardozo. I will inform you immediately if I have any change in my enrollment plans.

C. There is a strong possibility that I will not enroll at Cardozo this August. (Please explain.)

At this point, I don't even think it is worth going, dozo thinks they're better than they really are, especially for full price attendance

I was going back and forth with the dean of admissions, and he told me the class is "entirely full" yesterday. So unless anyone withdraws last minute, I think this is it.

Class is confirmed full via email to all entering students yesterday.

Our entering class remains full. As such, it continues to be very important that you immediately inform us of any change in your enrollment plans so that we can offer any seat that becomes available to applicants on our wait list. Please call or email if there is anything you wish to discuss regarding your start at Cardozo.

Why do they ask if we want to stay on the wait list if their entering class is already full???

In case of last minute withdraws during orientation I suppose.
Personally, I've given up on Cardozo and have moved on.
Decided to commit myself to retaking the LSAT in October and I'm already PTing 15 points higher, on average, than my initial score (spent less than a week studying for the score I applied with, so it wasn't hard to improve) and won't even be applying here next cycle.
