Omfg, I just realized that I have a doctor's appointment scheduled tomorrow morning at 10, an hour drive away from me, and I don't have a smartphone. My ~~ding~~ decision is going to be delayed!!! AHHHHHGHGHGHAHGHAHGAHGH.

I am far too addicted to the convenience of my iphone. I loved having internet on my blackberry, then when I got an iphone, I became addicted.

No I know where I will be LS wise before then (err I hope!!) but I meant the actual apartment where I'll be living, not the city

Oooh okay. Well I would advise to find a place as soon as you know where you're going. My experience with college towns is all the good places are taken by the end of spring!

I plan to be in LA s its not a college-town per se but I'll try to jump on it as soon as I know where Ill be attending!

Denied today! It was kinda insulting though because they wanted me to. Place my own self on waitlist oh well. 3 decisions down 13 to go

Rejected too. Surprisingly unbroken-up about it, or maybe I just knew in my heart of hearts how very unlikely it was.

Personally, I'd avoid living right on campus. The people I know who do live there say that it's really, really loud.

I, and a lot of people I know, live just a bit off of campus and away from the undergrads. I love the location. There are problems with my building, though, and I'm considering buying a condo to upgrade.

My gf got into UIUC today. 3.49/161 Non-URM hispanic. 15k a year. I got waitlisted a while back 3.49/173. Oh well.
