I just called and the lady wouldnt even give me a time frame. I told her I've been IR for over 8 weeks and she just said to bare with them. ughhh

You have waited a long time! You say that you expect a ding, but UH certainly rejected and waitlisted applicants during the time that your file has been IR so there is still hope. I am keeping my fingers crossed that you get notified soon and that it is good news! Best of luck to you.

My IR date just changed: was IR 4/1, now IR 4/19

IS THIS A GOOD SIGN? Orrr...? At least they didn't throw it out. BUT maybe they haven't even touched it and they just want me to know it's on their radar to be reviewed. AHHHH

According to a response I received about waitlisted applications, regular decisions will probably go out all the way through the end of May.

FIR date finally changed to 4/19!! Seemed like it changed this morning because I checked it pretty late last night and it was still at 2/17. Yay!!

Not yet, still waiting to hear from SMU. UofH is such a longshot I should be so lucky to be waitlisted haha. Sometimes you have to swing for the fences and see what happens though. Do you have a decision for the fall yet?

Sent in enrollment fee Monday but still on the fence. Might free up a spot depending on how the tuition increase looks like.

edit: met the person who picks up the phone. over the phone, i always thought she was rude/inconsiderate but she is actually nicer in person.
