Also in the DR 1/12 group. Thoughts? I'm thinking this could be the rejection/WL batch....doesn't look like acceptances based on LSN.

Personally I'm a 164/4.0 non-URM, Top Private (non-IVY)

I kind of like that so far this is a group of people who I've been with throughout the cycle. Nice to have some comrades.

Also DR 1/12. Complete 10/25 and interview 11/05, so it's been a good while. Not sure if that's because they were on the fence about me or just because they were waiting until around now to kickstart the rejection machine. I'm 1 for 7 so far this cycle (I only applied to reaches essentially), but Vandy will be the only reject that actually hurts since I went there for undergrad and am from Nashville, etc. Whatever my hopes, I have no pretensions of actually getting into Vandy given the current cycle, and I'd be psyched for a waitlist at this point, however unlikely that may end up being...Oh well. It is what it is.

OUCH. How could everyone else have just skipped over this?! Looks like people are looking at WLs and rejections until others start withdrawing.

Yes indeed, she took a short hiatus for my self-tar, but with decisions starting to roll out it felt necessary again. Sorry about the WL wired, I was really hoping you were in ... things do not look promising for the splitter crowd at Vandy this cycle.

It's just a form letter. I got WL'd last year and I think that same exact line was in the letter. I think they'll still be admitting those with the numbers to get in (or at least that's what I hope, lol).

Decision mailed 1/12 168 3.9X Phone interview, complete for awhile but just sent in the law scholars essays two weeks ago.

I don't believe it. I finally have a decision rendered as of 1/12!

I'm a splitter with a pretty strong soft FWIW. Numbers would put me at a WL, but maybe I'll get lucky.

Got Waitlist letter yesterday. Expected. Interview didn't go to stellar. Anyone know how many they let in last year?

according to LSN, 30% of those waitlisted withdraw before a final decision is made and 10% of waitlisted are admitted.
