I took me like a week or so. You'll get a few emails from them all at once one of which will inform you of the admitted students site. I couldn't log on until I received this email.

For those of you accepted, did you get mention of $$ offers with your acceptance? Did you find anything under your financial aid status on the admitted students website?

Any of Friday's admits get anything in the mail today? Nothing here, but I did get the admitted students email yesterday.

My scholarship letter was included in the acceptance packet. Nothing specific is listed under the Financial Aid tab of the admitted students site, just this:
Law Scholarships
You were reviewed for Law School scholarships at the time you were admitted to the University of Minnesota Law School. Scholarships are based on the admission application and are awarded at the time of admission.

Did anyone who got their decision via email around 1/28 get a packet in the mail yet?

I got the call on 1/29, but it says that all the packet of information didn't go out until Monday, according to the status checker. So I'm thinking maybe tomorrow or Thursday.

Moved to "In Review" today, so I guess that means 2-3 weeks before a decision?

Just noticed that...I would think tomorrow if you're in the midwest.

Got my acceptance packet today, but no scholarship information. Seeing as how I'm out of state, this is probably a deal breaker :(

I might try, depending on what other regional schools offer me.

Seeing as my mail has to go all the way to the tip of Florida, I haven't gotten my packet yet. However, I know I asked before but if there's no scholarship offer in the initial mail that's right right?

Yeah, any scholarship is included with the admissions packet. They give you a complete estimated financial aid breakdown, too.

I was offered 18K/yr (contingent on a 2.5 GPA). I'm doubtful that will be enough for me to attend, but I can't say for sure yet. What is Minnesota's placement in Chicago like? Is it such a regional school that its reputation only holds in the upper midwest, or does it compare favorably to Illinois or ND in the Chicago market?
