I'm ED as well (and haven't heard), there have been a few acceptances in the thread that have been ED - I'm not optimistic, at this point.

Does anyone know why it would take so long for mine to become "complete"? I feel like it's a bad sign, but I am just being paranoid

I'm pretty sure they have specific staff for data entry. They could be swamped, out of the office for whatever reason, etc. Who knows. I wouldn't take it as a negative for your file.sbenj wrote:Does anyone know why it would take so long for mine to become "complete"? I feel like it's a bad sign, but I am just being paranoid

I misread 'file' as 'life', and then realized that that's actually still accurate. Right now, application file = life.TheodoreKGB wrote:I'm pretty sure they have specific staff for data entry. Hey folks, I know a few people were asking about ED decisions. Sorry for the late post. I applied ED on 11/15. File was complete a few days later. I was accepted ED on 12/01.

I don't think when you go complete means anything - I'm under LSAT median and at 75 GPA, so I'm definitely not a particularly strong candidate for Michigan. I don't think they're cherry picking applications, but what do I know.sbenj wrote:Does anyone know why it would take so long for mine to become "complete"? It just makes me nervous and is so weird because this was the first application I submit. All of my others have gone complete.lolRCscrewyou wrote:+1 Applied 11/8 and still no changesbenj wrote:I applied the same day and mine is still incomplete!! Mine took comparatively long to go complete (a couple of weeks vs. a couple of days at most other schools) and I was accepted, so I wouldn't read too much into it.threatlevelmidnight wrote:I don't think when you go complete means anything - I'm under LSAT median and at 75 GPA, so I'm definitely not a particularly strong candidate for Michigan. Re: Michigan Law School C/O 2019 Applicants (2015-16)
Submitted Oct 31, complete 11/9, but still haven't heard anything (above both medians). Noticed that my status checker "Last Updated" changes nearly everyday to the current day... in fact, it has done this the past 4-5 days. Is it typical for it to be updated to the current day every time I look at it? Thanks!

From my personal experience it took a few weeks to get emailed a status tracker. I do not think you have anything to worry about right now.gamerish wrote:I still haven't gotten my status checker. Is that normal? It's been almost two weeks.

Yeah, it will update nearly everyday. (Sometimes it won't update on the weekend.)wilfred wrote:Submitted Oct 31, complete 11/9, but still haven't heard anything (above both medians). I got the application received email 11/9 so this is the beginning of the fifth week since I submitted that my application status is incomplete - in process. At what point should I start to worry?
