Guys (and gals),
All the hype over in the WUStL thread on their ASW, has go to carry over to the Vandy thread here for March 14th! It seems like we should have a strong TLS presence that weekend, yes?

question: the email they originally sent when my application went complete said that it usually takes 8-10 weeks to render a decision. On the status checker it says it can take up to twelve weeks. Tomorrow would be my twelve week mark, at what point should I start to be concerned? Or is it taking this long for a lot of other people as well?

I chose to stay with a current student and hopefully I can get a good picture of Nashville because I've never been before.
I'd definitely be down to grab a couple of brews with you guys

I chose the hotel simply because my sister will be with me (it's our spring break so were driving to NC right after)
I'd definitely be down for some sort of TLS bar outing though!

I won't have a car but from what I hear there is a decent bar scene within walking distance which could also be beneficial to my wallet.

Is/was Rad Lulz at Vandy? Evidence would suggest so.OliveBC wrote:

There are some great places that are pretty close. Not sure if y'all want a bar or restaurant, but I really liked soulshine pizza when I went. The bars that are close are right next too soulshine, I think winners, losers, and rebar. They were all really crowded/loud when I went.
Should we move this to the 2017 thread?
ETA: Obviously there are more options, but there are just a few a remember.

If the Gold Rush is still there, it's within walking distance and is a great bar! Elliston Place, near campus, has a lot of good places.

If I get in in time, I'll definitely go to the March weekend! And we need a TLS meetup.
