After admit call in January, just heard about merit scholarship info...just an fyi if you hadn't heard anything and weren't offered any news via your acceptance call

Can someone confirm this? As an admitted student who is planning on attending but hasn't sent in a deposit yet (still waiting on that one last school), do I need to be worried?

I'd assume that it's false info-- it's incredibly unlikely that anyone would know this (IE it wouldn't be in UCLA's interest to share that information).

Either way, as long as you let them know your decision before their deposit date you'll be fine.

Hahahaha, well maybe i didn't make it clear that I'm excited. Haha, lets put it like UCLA is the most appealing of the schools that have been kind enough to get back to me. That being said I'm at Vandy's ASW at the moment and its looking kinda fantastic but there's something to be said about the loveliness of Cali

So just waiting on Fin Aid to seal the deal for UCLA for me.

my decision came awhile ago, but i just wanted to inform everyone that i was in LA and visited UCLA today... it was gorgeous, and students seemed very friendly and happy-- looks like a great place to go to law school!

still sad and confused about being waitlisted considering this: http://ucla.lawschoolnumbers.com/stats

but i will start writing them LOCI soon and ride the waitlist out I guess... good luck to everyone still in the running!
