True. I suppose it was crazy thinking to hope for today lol Then again, last year the decision was the day before Thanksgiving... looks like this year they just took off.paul34 wrote:I hope so, but then again, I'm fairly certain most, if not all, admissions offices will be out until Monday.

I keep internally hoping that they are waiting for the last minute to call or something... I'm helpless lol I feel like anonymously calling the office just to see if they are even open hahagaud wrote:emkay625 wrote:I was hoping for some movement today....looks like no luck.

I feel your pain. I HATE waiting.. i feel like all of the law schools I applied to are taking timing advice from my SO and just being as SLOW as they can be to get ready

I am worried because I'm still stuck on 11/10, so I am thinking either waitlist or reject.

Yeah I wouldn't worry too much... I was stuck at 9/26 till it finally updated to 11/21. Not sure if that has any meaning/implication, but I suppose we will see. Oh and by the way please, please, please love me Cornell.Strange wrote:I'm stuck on 11/11 and I think I have good numbers for cornell, so I wouldn't worry just yet

Those seem like pretty good numbers for waitlist/reject. Did you get invited for an interview?emkay625 wrote:Submitted 10/31, 173/3.23, don't remember my other dates.MiamiOxford wrote:Ehh... EDIT: NEVERMIND! I thought I was in the Georgetown thread! Whoops! Yeah, we're both getting waitlisted. But you might be able to get in off the waitlist, and I bet you'll get into another school you want more anyway.

My numbers are iffy anyway, so I know it's a long shot, but I'm hoping having a meaningful soft and being Hispanic might help.Hopefully2012 wrote:+1. Really wanted Cornell too. I wouldn't read too much into it, personally.
They promised decisions by the end of December. Lucky for some who got to hear back by November, but I wouldn't take no movement at this point to be any good indicator of decision outcomes.
Just my 0.02

Submitted my app on 10/25, and was complete 10/27. Haven't had any date updates since then. Has everyone's dates reamined the same, or they just haven't touched my file yet?

Re: Cornell c/o 2015 Applicants (2011-2012 cycle)
Well I'm by no means an expert, but it seems that people have generally gone complete a second time after they submit before they hear a decision. Then again, I went complete first on 9/26, then 11/21 and other people that applied after me have gotten in, so who knows? Good luck to you though.Champion wrote:Submitted my app on 10/25, and was complete 10/27. Haven't had any date updates since then. Ps. Pretty sure it was you I'm thinking of, so congrats on Berkeley. That must feel great to have that so early in the cycle
