Did anyone actually receive anything from the December 21 mailing update? I read all the assumptions but never saw anyone post they had actually gotten anything from W&M. In other words I want my Christmas card before next Christmas LOL.

Newsletter with bar exam performance, achievements, etc.

+1. And an email about some Christmas tradition.

I'm pretty sure it was the email about the Yule Log tradition. Particularly because this morning, that mailing disappeared from the status checker.

Sorry Gemini! I've just been waiting for this one in particular with a great deal of hope that they'll come through on the schollys. It pains me to see this thread slip to page three. It means that there have been no updates for quite some time.

Yep, that's what mine had read since I submitted mid November.

Me too! The only thing that ever changes is your "mailings."

You get:

1. Application Received
2. Application Complete
and, for the past two rounds,
3. Congratulations! Admit Packet Mailed

But the last #3 was handed out on December 2nd as far as any of us can tell.

It was those two big acceptances. I was a mid-November applicant too. The first big admit was right after I applied. The second was about two weeks after I applied. I was convinced I would be in the next wave (which should have been December 16th... or so I thought). I do again apologize for that theory that the next wave was coming.

Realistically speaking does anyone think there's a shot for those of us that submitted late Oct/Nov and still haven't heard? I've sort of already sorted W&M into the waitlist category in my mind, which makes me a bit bummed out because I'd love to have them as option. Do they tend to do all their admits in the first few waves, or are there admits in with the mass of WL/rejects at the end of March? I'm fine with waiting, just wondering if should wait with hope or for doom.
