Did you hear Ginsburg's milk comment in the DOMA case? That could the second highlight

Damn, submit my application eight days ago, and already have a scholarship offer. That's a nice turnaround! Wish all schools were so fast.

How do people recommend going about negotiations? Is there someone I'm supposed to email or call? Do I just send my thugs to the admissions office?
